Returns & Refunds

All our products are handcrafted with care and made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects — they're what makes each piece unique.

We accept returns or offer a full refund in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered

To request a return or refund: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the item. We'll resolve it promptly.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Slight natural variations in handmade items
• Custom length parandis (made to your specifications)
